You should do your best to not have any sessions sitting in the rescheduled queue.
Attempt to reschedule
Click into the session and ask the member when is a good time for them to meet. Perhaps suggest a time that works for you in the message. Keep in mind the original time that the user suggested and try to stay close to that (time zones can get tricky).
You don’t get a reply
Contact Jessica and she’ll mark the session as incomplete if you do not hear back from the other party.
