An alternative to super expensive Mailchimp consultants

Mailchimp is a simple and easy email marketing platform. It's a great way to build subscriber lists, creating email newsletters, automated campaigns, A/B testing, and much more. Best of all, It's free!

I managed and run email marketing campaigns, created custom HTML/CSS email templates as well as using their visual builder and used RSS feed to create automated emails.

I've used it for a few years with several companies. Great solution for starting out and scales quite well. They keep adding features to make the solution more robust without impacting usability.

Working with small companies and startups, sometimes mailchimp is all you need in order to build an MVP and get something tested fast. While I'm a fan of other email packages for once a company is established, mailchimp is a good start for anyone who is just starting out. I've worked with clients who have used mailchimp as the basis of their email database quite alot.
